Do I need to have a brief or a clear idea of what I want?
Not at all. The first conversation is specifically for figuring that out. Come as you are, we’re good at helping people get clarity on what they actually need.
Is the first call really free, with no strings attached?
Yes. Genuinely. No pitch at the end, no proposal you didn’t ask for. If there’s a fit we’ll talk about what working together could look like. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you honestly, and we’ll both have had a useful conversation either way.
What if I'm not sure my budget is big enough?
Mention it on the call or in your message. We’d rather know upfront so we can be honest about whether we’re the right fit, or whether there’s a way to scope something that works for where you are right now. We don’t make people feel judged for where their budget is.
Who will I actually be speaking to?
Keshav. Directly. First calls at The Complete Studio are always with Keshav, not a business development person, not a project manager, not a junior team member. If you’re going to trust us with your business, you should be speaking to the person who’ll be leading the work.
