How long does a brand project take?
Most brand identity projects complete in 3–4 weeks. Full brand systems with deep strategy work take 5–8 weeks. We’ll give you a specific timeline based on your scope before we start.
What do I actually receive at the end?
Everything. Final logo files in all formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, and more), colour codes for print and digital, font files, brand guidelines, and any templates we’ve created. Packaged clearly so you can hand it to anyone and they’ll know how to use it.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. In practice, most clients find they don’t need both — because the strategy work at the start means the first concepts land closer to the mark. We’d rather get it right the first time than iterate endlessly.
What if I already have a logo and just need some things tidied up?
That’s a brand refresh — and yes, we do those. We’ll audit what you have, tell you honestly what’s worth keeping and what needs to change, and build from there. No need to start from scratch if the foundations are solid.
Can you build the website too?
Yes, and it works best when we do. When the same team builds the brand and the website, everything connects. The typography, the colours, the imagery, the tone — it’s all consistent because it all came from the same thinking. Most brand clients move into web with us once the identity is done.
