Cancellations & Refund Policy

At The Complete Studio, we’re committed to delivering creative work with care, clarity, and accountability. While we’re always here to support and collaborate with our clients, we also believe in setting clear expectations from the start. This policy applies to all digital services and downloadable products offered through our website, Etsy, social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Meta, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Threads and YouTube), Upwork, Fiverr, and other official channels.
Cancellations
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not allowed. Each project we take on is carefully scheduled, resourced, and tailored to your specific needs, and we begin preparations as soon as the payment is received.
In rare cases where The Complete Studio must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Refund the full amount if no work has been started, or
- Refund the remaining balance after deducting charges for any work already completed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our services or digital products, no exceptions. This includes (but is not limited to) consultations, strategy sessions, brand design, website development, other design work, content creation, social media services, tech services, and digital downloads.
We pour a lot of thought, time, and energy into every project, and once work begins, time invested cannot be reversed.
In rare cases where The Complete Studio has cancelled a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount if no work has been started, or refund the remaining balance after deducting charges for any work already completed. In this case, if the refund is issued, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 15 business working days.
Revisions
Instead of refunds, we’re happy to offer up to 2 rounds of revisions on all eligible service-based projects. We always strive to get it right and will collaborate with you closely to ensure the final delivery aligns with the agreed scope and your expectations.
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads and templates are non-refundable by default. However, we understand that life happens, so we allow returns or exchanges within the first 24 hours of purchase for downloadable products, provided the file hasn’t been used commercially or modified.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@thecompletestudio.com with your order details and reason for the request.
Delays & Project Holds
If your project is delayed due to lack of communication, missed deadlines, or delayed submission of required materials from your end, we’ll reach out to realign timelines.
If a solution isn’t found, we may pause the project at our discretion.
Projects placed on hold for more than 3 months will incur a reactivation fee to resume work, based on current project scope and timelines.

By booking or purchasing from The Complete Studio (through any platform), you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellations & Returns Policy.
